Tried to get Jayden to rock on his cow when I got back home. Think Gong Gong got him to rock for the afternoon and Jayden got sick of rocking. Hehehhee....he just gave me half-hearted rocks.
Manage to read him a book before going to bed.

10th January 2008 (Thursday)
Woke up at 6.27am for school and made my way to the bathroom. Felt water coming down between my legs. Was not sure if it was urine leakage. My shorts were all wet. Took a bath and changed for school.
Just to be safe, Dac got me to give my mom and Thomson Medical Centre (TMC) a call. While on the phone with the nurse, another gush of water came. Know for sure that the water bag had burst. Took another bath to wash my hair cos i do not know when will be the next time I can wash my hair.
Mom came up and was surprised that I took another bath. Hee Hee. Dad and Mom drove me in the Fit to hospital. There was a major accident at TPE and there was a bad traffic jam. Dac was stuck in the jam and called to inform my dad to take an alternative route.
Was wheeled to the labour ward and the Nurse inserted her finger into my vagina and told me that i was 4cm dilated. I opted out of the ecnema. The contractions were painful and i can feel them coming more frequently. The epidural was also pretty painful.
At 1.40pm, Dr. Kee came to check on me and told me that I was 7cm dilated. The chances of me having natural birth pretty high as Jayden's head only 3cam from the virgina.
I cannot wait to see Jayden.
Was transferred to the delivery room at about 4pm. Had a hard time pushing cos i lost all sense of touch. Had to use vacuum and forceps. Jayden is finally out!!!!!
Jayden weighs 4140g and is 51 cm in length. Wow, he is heavy!!!!
My milk came on 12th January (Saturday) just before midnight and ready for Jayden's midnight feed. :)
Jayden came down with jaundice on 13th January (Sunday). His bili was at 22.
I am officially a mommy today!!!! Yipee!!! I finally get to see how Jayden looks like. Delivered Jayden at Thomson Medical Centre.

7th January 2008 - Second week of School
Still trying to get adjusted to getting up early in the morning and go through the day without any afternoon naps.
Cannot wait to get hom after school everyday. Reason being that Andrea is at Punggol waiting for me. I cannot wait to go back to see her after school. She is my one special darling. And seeing her miss me too makes me miss her even more. Sometimes, when she is left alone with Dac, she starts barking (something which she never did before). She ADORES ME!!!! Hahahahha.
Baby is getting pretty active. Think he cannot wait to be out to see Daddy and Mummy. Daddy and Mummy cannot wait to see you too!!!!!
Dac got me a Limited Edition Baby G for our Anniversary. I like the watch very much.
Went to try on my ring on 12th Jan 2007, the design was not what i wanted and Larry had to redo it again.

15th December 2007 (Saturday) – Dinner at Prego at Swissotel
Had made reservations at Prego at Swissotel to celebrate Darren's birthday again in a restaurant in Singapore. Just an excuse to dine outside, Hee Hee.
I had Squid Ink Spaghetti and Darren had his Lamb shop and we also had fried calamaries as a starter.

9th Dec 2007 (Saturday) - Bintan Trip
Garrick sent us to Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal for our ferry to Bintan. We were on the first ferry to Bintan. Had mild seasickness during the ferry ride. Vomited onboard the ferry.
When we reached Nirwana, the rooms were not ready and we were not able to checked in. We left our luggage at the baggage counter and explored the surroundings. We took a shuttle bus to Nirwana Beach Club (Mana Mana). Mana Mana was the resort that we had gone for our first honeymoon in 1999 after our wedding. We celebrated New Year's Day at Mana Mana. It was nice to be back at the place where we had our first honeymoon.
We walked back to our hotel and we realised that it was a very short walk. We got our room and we changed into our swimming gear and went swimming at the pool.
We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and we found that the food was pretty good.
We returned to our room and to our pleasant surprise. Darren's birthday cake was waiting for him. I sang him a birthday song and he made his wish.
